Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, defining standards and guiding governance for AI-enabled products.

You'll partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and scalable practices across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with lifecycle launches.
• Experience in a product management role, preferably AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines, including product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
