Huntington National Bank seeks a visionary Head of Growth Products to define and advance a portfolio of AI-enabled digital products and platform capabilities. You will blend product discipline, emerging tech fluency, commercial judgement, and customer empathy to drive measurable value for customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years in product management, digital platforms, AI-enabled products, technology, or fintech.
• Experience leading product strategy and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, and operating model for AI-enabled digital products and platform capabilities.
• Serve as GM for AI products and platforms domain across customer experience, technology, marketing, risk, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging technology to high-value problems.
• Translate opportunities into concepts, journeys, MVPs, tests, and scalable roadmaps.
• Lead 0-to-1 development and 1-to-n scaling of new digital capabilities.
• Partner with tech, design, analytics, marketing, risk, and operations to launch products.
• Build product-led growth loops for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop experimentation frameworks to test demand, usability, and impact.
• Ensure products work across digital and human channels including branches and advisors.
• Synthesize recommendations and make prioritization tradeoffs when speed and value compete.
• Stay current on AI, fintech, and digital product trends.
• Serve as an internal storyteller and evangelist for complex tech concepts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
