Job summary

Scaleo is seeking an AI leader to own the AI roadmap for its agentic platform, including AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM agents, MCP, and natural-language interfaces.

You will drive AI quality through evals, guardrails, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop where agents touch money or partner relationships, and work weekly with design partners and clients to learn the affiliate and iGaming domain to boost adoption, retention, and revenue.

Job description

• Own the AI roadmap for Scaleo's agentic platform, including AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM agents, MCP, and natural-language interfaces.
• Drive AI quality through evals, guardrails, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop where agents touch money or partner relationships.
• Work directly with design partners and clients weekly, learning the affiliate and iGaming domain to improve adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
