Job summary

TribalScale is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from scoping to shipped product. You will drive greenfield AI initiatives, stand up agentic platforms, and modernize legacy systems while guiding client teams to operate AI-natively.

You will navigate multiple client relationships, balance scope with timelines, and align engineering teams around measurable outcomes and ROI. Prior agency experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of scope, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience across multiple clients.
• Experience across zero-to-one greenfield builds, legacy platform rebuilds, and client enablement.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and explaining concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end—from discovery to delivery.
• Scope and run greenfield product builds.
• Lead platform rebuild and modernization engagements.
• Design and help deliver AI-native enablement for clients.
• Translate ambiguous asks into scoped, sequenced work.
• Partner with agentic engineers to select deterministic vs. agentic approaches.
• Set guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before production.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with varying timelines and budgets.
• Run client steering committees, sprint reviews, and scope negotiations.
• Define success criteria and ROI for each engagement type.
