Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an AI product leader at the intersection of tax domain logic and AI capability to orchestrate agents around a mature tax calculation engine. You’ll design prompts, evals, and multi-agent workflows with SMEs and engineers to deliver production-ready prototypes.

You’ll ensure risk-aware UX for AI uncertainty, manage unit economics of multi-agent loops, and drive time-to-market with pragmatic outsourcing and orchestration strategies.

Qualifications

• AI power user with hands-on experience in agentic tooling.
• Ability to debug transcripts when agents hallucinate or fail.
• Systems thinking: context windows, RAG, model routing, tool design.
• Design UX that communicates AI uncertainty with fallbacks and human-in-the-loop.
• Bias for time-to-market and pragmatic use of third-party APIs vs. orchestration.
• Experience shipping enterprise SaaS in regulated environments (tax, accounting, legal, healthcare, or financial services).

Responsibilities

• Prototype high-fidelity agent prototypes and eval suites that demonstrate value.
• Design prompts, tool-use constraints, and eval harness with engineering.
• Decompose tax-related tasks into structured multi-agent architectures.
• Balance model accuracy against latency and inference costs for producible solutions.
• Create graceful degradation with explicit fallbacks and human intervention.
• Collaborate with tax SMEs and engineering to translate domain judgment into system prompts and contracts.
