Reyes Holdings is seeking a seasoned AI/ML professional to identify opportunities, design scalable AI solutions, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. The role requires collaboration with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent with extensive experience), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 4–6 years of technical experience or a GED with 7–9+ years of experience.
• Experience applying AI and analytical tools to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle management and project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Position Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes

• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to design scalable AI solutions

• Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business processes

• Develop business cases, project plans, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps

• Follow standards and frameworks for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement

• Ability to travel as needed for projects, estimated to be no more than 30% per year

• Other projects or duties as assigned

  Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

• Demonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)

• Previous experience applying AI and analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple manner

• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

• Python, SQL, or similar analytical languages

• Azure AI Foundry

• Power BI

• Snowflake

• Microsoft Fabric
