Method Recruiting's client, an AI technology company, seeks professionals who have built and shipped products—PM, designer, engineer, or founder. This in-person role is based in San Francisco, with 5x in office. You will own and drive metrics for a product line and ship improvements to production.

You’ll talk to users daily, prioritize features, and help adopt AI skills across teams, while a traditional engineering background is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Ability to navigate user problems and solution space.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort moving quickly to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users daily, watch recordings, and analyze funnels.
• Ship improvements rapidly to production.
• Build v0 versions and hand off more complex features.
• Contribute to people and process aspects of the solution, not just technology.
• Ensure product moves according to vision and business goals.
• Help spread AI-building skills across teams.
