AirOps in New York is building the product content teams use to win in AI search. We are hiring a Product Engineer to prototype quickly, ship customer-visible features, and iterate based on real feedback in days, not quarters.

You’ll work closely with Design and Product, talk directly with customers, and help define what “great” looks like as we scale. If you have strong product taste and love turning ideas into tangible experiences, you’ll thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building products that people love.
• Strong track record of shipping quickly while maintaining quality.
• Strong product taste paired with deep customer empathy.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting requirements driven by customer feedback.
• Outstanding communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered products that solve real user problems — from early concept through scaled feature.
• Direct customer engagement: understand needs, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on what you learn.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and data teams to take features from idea to production at startup speed.
• Navigate ambiguity: define what to build when the path forward is not clear.
• Keep systems fast and reliable under real-world usage.
