Job summary

Critical Propulsion seeks engineers to ship production code in 5-day Pulse cycles, alongside a swarm of senior consultants and AI agents inside Amplify. You will own the technical direction, write clean code across the stack, and iterate rapidly with AI feedback to deliver real product value.

The role emphasizes autonomy, proactive tasking, and close collaboration with AI partners to move from concept to shipped features within tight cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks, or full-stack TypeScript and Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core and C#.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Python, or Node.js in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Workspace, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code in 5-day Pulse cycles against a live backlog.
• Collaborate in a swarm of senior consultants plus AI agents inside Amplify.
• Set technical direction within the swarm and own the judgment of what to build.
