Job summary

AIDA Recruitment in San Francisco seeks a Product Engineer with 4 years of experience to build AI-powered products that impact business KPIs. This role blends product and engineering, collaborating with sales, service, underwriting, and operations to translate problems into scalable solutions.

You will own end-to-end KPIs, work across the stack, prototype and ship quickly, and participate in on-call duties. Must have Python or TypeScript and experience delivering production AI/LLM applications.

Qualifications

• 4 years of software/product engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building production AI/LLM applications (RAG, AI agents, MCP, workflow automation).
• Strong product mindset and ability to own business outcomes/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own one or multiple business KPIs end-to-end and drive measurable improvements through technology.
• Work directly with non-technical stakeholders across sales, service, underwriting, and operations.
• Translate business problems into scalable product and engineering solutions.
• Design and build AI-powered and agentic systems (RAG, MCP, AI agents, workflow automation).
• Build across the full stack, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
• Support production systems and participate in on-call responsibilities.
