Job summary

Per Scholas in Chicago seeks a Product Success Manager to bridge the AI product portfolio with internal users. You will lead adoption of the AI Fluency curriculum, deliver trainings, and build engagement across the organization to maximize value from the portfolio.

You’ll tailor content for varied technical levels, run hands-on workshops, manage a content calendar, and surface user insights to inform product decisions and training priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in roles focused on customer success, enablement, or training.
• 2+ years delivering training to adult learners in professional or educational settings.
• Experience working with technology products in a support or adoption role.
• Ability to create clear enablement content and guides.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency curriculum to staff and tailor delivery by audience.
• Build and maintain a content calendar for AI enablement communications.
• Manage internal channels (Slack/email/intranet) to foster a user community.
• Surface user wins and adoption milestones to drive momentum.
