Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Product Success Manager to bridge the AI product portfolio with internal users. You will own the end‑user experience, deliver AI fluency curriculum, and design targeted trainings to maximize product value within a non-profit tech training context.

You will supervise enablement activities, manage internal communications, and measure adoption impact across departments, partnering with the AI Product Management team on new releases.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in customer enablement, training, or success roles.
• Experience delivering curriculum and workshops to internal staff.
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and translate into training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency curriculum to staff and ensure content is credible and approachable.
• Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, and FAQs for AI products.
• Lead hands-on workshops, office hours, and 1:1 coaching to resolve user challenges.
• Build and maintain a content calendar for ongoing enablement communications.
