Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Product Success Manager to bridge AI product usage with staff across the organization. You will own end-user experiences, deliver the AI Fluency curriculum, and drive enablement across teams.

You'll develop training materials, manage engagements, and partner with the AI Product Management team to improve adoption and impact, measuring success through usage and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Customer Success, enablement, or related roles.
• 2+ years delivering training to adult learners.
• Experience with technology products in support or adoption roles.
• Certifications in CS, Instructional Design, or Change Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency curriculum and enablement across the staff.
• Develop training materials, quick guides, FAQs.
• Facilitate workshops, office hours, and 1:1 coaching.
• Build content calendars and manage internal comms channels.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report insights.
