Qualifications

• Three to eight years of design experience on product teams.
• Has owned UX and UI as a sole or primary designer for a product.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate design choices clearly and defend decisions.
• Experience running or contributing to user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate vague product goals into clear flows.
• Move quickly from exploration to polished design.
• Designs with engineering in mind, creating scalable systems.
• Talk with users and test designs to uncover insights.
