Job summary

Arize AI in the United States is seeking a UX Design Engineer who obsessively refines the end-to-end user experience. You’ll own the product look and feel, and shape interactions for a technical audience.

You’ll prototype in Figma or code, iterate on UX flows, and implement designs with senior engineers. The role includes usability testing, building reusable patterns, and collaborating with researchers and PMs to turn feedback into delightful, scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with frontend dev experience or related degree.
• Experience on complex tools (dev/data tools) where UX matters.
• Built design systems and animation libraries.
• Able to wireframe in Figma and share flows with engineers.
• Used feedback collection tools to inform designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product look and experience end to end.
• Prototype interaction options rapidly (in Figma or code) to test approaches.
• Implement designs with senior engineers and run usability tests.
• Build reusable interaction patterns for the team.
• Refactor complex forms into user-friendly multi-step flows.
