Job summary

Resolve AI is building a truly autonomous AI Production Engineer to investigate and fix complex system issues end-to-end. You will design major surfaces of the Resolve AI product, shaping how AI interfaces behave in production and how users interact with adaptive systems.

You excel in 0-to-1 stages, bringing strong fundamentals in interaction design, IA, typography, color, and hierarchy. You prototype to learn and collaborate across teams to raise the bar on craft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex software products.
• Experience in 0-to-1 stages; defining patterns for new categories.
• Strong fundamentals: interaction design, IA, complex flows, hierarchy, typography, color.
• Deep curiosity about users; prototype to learn.
• Adaptive and fast-moving; deep work on key flows.
• Bonus: design engineer, observability, enterprise, or AI product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of the product.
• Define new interaction patterns for AI in production.
• Prototype to turn fuzzy problems into tangible solutions quickly.
• Elevate craft and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with teams and users to pressure-test ideas.
