Perplexity is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the design of our enterprise product, delivering 0→1 experiences across enterprise and multiplayer use cases. You will balance established UI paradigms with innovative AI-driven flows, crafting role-based experiences that respect policy, privacy, and security while remains highly usable.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and the broader design team to ship features that feel future-ready yet understandable to users around the world.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in product design
• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software: org/seat management, access, privacy, security, compliance
• Excellent visual, UI and interaction skills
• Excellent communicator with team members and users
• Comfort prototyping or coding your ideas
• Ability to ship 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization

Responsibilities

• Design net-new, 0→1 enterprise surfaces across enterprise and multiplayer use cases
• Design for realities of enterprise software: org/seat management, admin controls, privacy, security, compliance
• Craft nuanced role-based experiences that adapt to workplace policy and access levels
• Ship features balancing established UI paradigms with AI applications
• Create software that feels like the future and is usable globally
• Work independently and strategically to identify problems and solutions
• Own work end-to-end from 0→1 design to large-scale optimization
• Contribute to processes to ensure frequent, quality shipping
• Partner with brand design to keep enterprise product both useful and memorable
