Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce content for Demand Generation campaigns grounded in audience needs and product workflows.
• Personally create videos, interactive tutorials, live demos, and written guides from concept to final asset.
• Use Codex and AI tools to prototype interactive experiences and test workflows.
• Develop original content formats and turn ideas into recurring series or reusable campaign assets.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demo Studio to ensure content accuracy and engagement.
• Learn how customers use the products to develop relevant stories and adoption content.
• Deliver usable campaign assets with audience framing, copy, and next actions.
• Maintain evergreen content and update workflows as products evolve.
• Create adoption content that helps users try workflows and continue using them.
