This hands-on, individual-contributor role operates in a hybrid model based in San Francisco, with some work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create substantial content across video, tutorials, demos, and guides.
• Experience using AI tools to prototype and speed content production.
• Ability to explain complex product concepts to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content for Demand Generation campaigns grounded in audience needs and product workflows.
• Personally produce videos, interactive tutorials, live demos, and written guides from concept to delivery.
• Prototype interactive experiences using Codex and other AI tools to improve content production.
• Turn strong ideas into recurring series or reusable campaign assets across formats.
