Job summary

BCG X is seeking an AI Product Builder to design and deploy AI-powered tools and assets that scale across the firm. You will work with client workflows, break down processes, and rapidly develop AI solutions to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

The role requires hands-on Claude/Markdown development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A legal work location in the DC area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development.
• Experience end-to-end: from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in global teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a track record of building working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG’s consulting offers and delivery processes.
• Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Ensure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standards.
• Break down existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation or redesign.
• Experiment with new AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
