Job summary

BCG X in the United States (Miami area) is seeking an AI Product Builder to join its centralized AI Factory. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and assets that scale across the firm, collaborating with front-line consultants and product leaders to translate delivery needs into production-ready solutions.

You will turn successful solutions into reusable patterns, balancing speed with security and maintainability, while contributing to capability building across the AI Factory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development.
• Experience end-to-end: problem definition through build, deployment, iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled products and assets: design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services.
• Improve and reimagine consulting workflows: identify opportunities for automation and redesign.
• Operate with a product mindset: collaborate on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across the firm: connect product, technology, and consulting perspectives.
