Job summary

BCG X is seeking an AI Product Builder to join the AI Factory and create scalable AI-enabled products and assets. You will work with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership to identify repeatable challenges and deploy AI-powered solutions that accelerate delivery and improve quality.

You will help turn successful solutions into reusable assets and patterns that scale across engagements, while embracing a One BCG mindset that bridges judgment, execution, and long-term

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
• Experience end-to-end: from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled products and assets: design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services.
• Improve and reimagine consulting workflows: identify automation opportunities and iterate based on feedback.
• Operate with a product mindset: collaborate on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across the firm: connect product, technology, and consulting perspectives.
