BCG X is seeking an AI Product Builder to join the AI Factory, building AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that scale across practices and regions. The role blends product thinking with hands-on execution for rapid delivery and measurable impact.

You will work closely with consultants, product leadership, and engineering to turn client workflows into reusable assets, while upholding BCG standards and security considerations. Seattle-based or commutable location preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
• Must have hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development.
• Experience working end-to-end: from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in global teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG’s consulting offers and delivery processes
• Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Ensure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standards
• Break down existing consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, or redesign
• Experiment with new AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback, usage data, and evolving needs
• Partner with AI Factory product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions
• Balance speed of experimentation with robustness, security, and maintainability
• Document patterns, approaches, and best practices to enable reuse and scaling
• Work closely with front-line consultants and offering teams to understand real delivery challenges
• Act as a connector between product, technology, and consulting perspectives
• Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and broader BCG community
