Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Data Analytics/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years PM, business transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for project/workflow management.
• Experience with automation platforms or low-code/no-code/workflow tech.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Alteryx, Xceptor, Power BI or similar analytics/automation tools.

• Lead process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across business operations.
• Manage project execution from planning through implementation using Agile methodologies.
• Utilize JIRA to manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
