Job summary

BNY seeks an AI Process Analyst to drive a large-scale digital transformation within the accounting and finance organization. You will partner with stakeholders to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead re-engineering using automation and AI-enabled solutions.

This is a 12-month contract located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, requiring 4 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with a passion for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, process optimization, or technology implementation.
• Strong coding and analytical skills with SQL, Python, and AI tooling.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Power BI, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state operating models.
• Coordinate with the project manager through the full project lifecycle.
• Document workflows and develop solutions to simplify operations.
• Support automation, AI, and digital solutions to boost productivity.
• Establish governance and continuous improvement frameworks.
