Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Ops Trust team, focusing on AI compliance and privacy program execution within Worldwide Operations. You will own privacy review workflows, coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, and partner with privacy, AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and Ops teams to mitigate risk.

The role requires data-driven decision making, ability to handle ambiguity, and frequent status updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a privacy review program and/or AI system compliance workflow for all of Operations.
• Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Partner with Ops business lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and other Amazon compliance teams to assess and mitigate privacy and AI compliance risk.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
• Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers to leaders.
