Access Information Management is seeking a Director of Pricing Analytics to build and own an internal pricing intelligence capability. This role will design and run the annual price increase program, develop data infrastructure and models, and deliver reporting that holds the business accountable to results.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and optimization of complex queries.
• Strong Python and/or R skills for data modeling and analytics.
• Hands-on PowerBI experience building dashboards and data models.
• Experience building and owning ETL pipelines with large-scale datasets.
• Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, or analytics leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and apply AI/automation to improve outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual price increase program analytics and recommendations.
• Build pricing models in Python and/or R tied to business outcomes.
• Prepare, validate, and deliver model outputs with documented methodology.
• Develop and maintain pricing analytics infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
• Own PowerBI dashboards for pricing review and KPIs.
• Lead pricing review tool modernization and cross-functional delivery.
• Build a pricing measurement framework and monthly leadership reporting.
