Ada is an AI customer service platform that helps enterprise brands automate and personalize customer interactions at scale. We seek a senior technical professional to own solution architecture for complex deals and lead technical deep dives with clients.

You will design bespoke integrations, build POCs, and drive them to production with engineers, shaping pre-sales approaches and delivering reusable patterns across engagements. This role is remote-first with strong growth opportunities.
