You will ensure top-tier messaging under deadline pressure and craft precision communications across multiple formats.

The role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling (5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start, and compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure.
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (press releases, talking points, memos).
• Draft and polish editorial content under deadlines for executives and media.
• Maintain high editorial standards and ensure consistency across communications.
