Condor Agency is seeking a full-time Web Developer with hands-on AI capabilities to build, launch, and maintain responsive B2B websites, service pages, landing pages, and AI-powered features for clients.

You will translate marketing and business needs into technical solutions, integrate with CMSs and marketing tech, and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion rates. This remote role is open to LATAM candidates, with strong English required.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency and strong web development experience.
• Hands-on experience translating business needs into reliable websites and AI-powered features.
• Experience with CMS platforms and modern JS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain responsive B2B websites and landing pages.
• Develop AI-powered features and workflows using LLM APIs and external data sources.
• Integrate marketing tech via APIs and webhooks.
• Analyze user behavior, run experiments, and optimize conversions.
• Ensure performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-device functionality.
• Test, QA, and document integrations and deployment processes.
