Seekr is seeking a Technical Sourcing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments to fuel pipelines for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Forward Deployed Engineering, and more. You'll partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to translate technical needs into proactive sourcing strategies, build evergreen pipelines, and bring market intelligence to shape how we hire.

Qualifications

Proven technical sourcing experience across software and tech roles.
Ability to translate requirements into effective sourcing plans.
Experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build and own pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across software, AI/ML, for deployment, PM, design, and DevOps.
Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategy.
Source candidates through external channels and internal ATS/database.
Shape talent culture with process improvements and employer branding strategies.
Screen and qualify candidates for technical fit; submit vetted candidates to managers.
Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers throughout the lifecycle.
Deliver market insights, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor intel.
Balance quality, volume, and velocity; maintain robust pipelines.
Leverage AI tools in daily workflow to source smarter and move faster.
Track and report sourcing metrics to improve results.
