Trunk Tools, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive AI-powered automation across the business, uniting operations, strategy, and all functions. You will automate repeatable work, analyze across finance, marketing, and GTM, and raise AI capability across the org to support growth.

The role blends internal product leadership with ops, finance, RevOps, and GTM, offering ownership and impact as the company scales its first-to-market AI platform in construction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hyper-growth startup, vertical SaaS or AI-first setting.
• Fluent with frontier AI models, tools, MCPs, and agentic automations.
• Strong business sense across finance, marketing, and GTM.
• Exceptional communication translating technical to commercial language.
• Builder mindset for automating messy business processes quickly.
• Product-minded: prioritize, scope, and ship for internal customers.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-powered automation across finance, ops, marketing and GTM.
• Lead cross-functional strategy & analysis end to end from framing to decision.
