Job summary

Trunk Tools is seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve value from our AI-driven software in a fast-growing startup.

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of accounts, driving engagement, retention, and expansion while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams. Travel up to 25% is required and remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of customer success or enterprise SaaS experience with a portfolio of accounts.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion, and delivering ROI.
• Experience in construction tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for a portfolio of accounts and drive value realization.
• Lead onboarding and deployment with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop success plans.
• Track metrics (renewals, NRR, CSAT) and report on account health.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and insights.
