Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a proactive, highly technical Solutions Engineer to co‑own our Albuquerque, NM territory.

You will partner with an Account Executive to drive strategy, translate complex architectures into business value, and leverage AI and automation to accelerate customer outcomes. As the “CEO & CTO” of your region, you will lead strategic account planning, deliver high‑impact technical engagements, and collaborate across Cisco’s portfolio—from Enterprise Networking to AI

Qualifications

7+ years of pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer‑facing solutions architecture experience.
Excellent communication and executive presence to influence decision makers.
Active industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure, Security, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Strategic business ownership with Account Executive to run territory as a unified unit.
Lead technical engagements across Cisco’s portfolio, including Networking, Security, Observability, AI Infrastructure, and Automation.
Translate complex architectures into clear business value for stakeholders including C‑suite executives.
Integrate agentic AI, vibe coding, and automated scripts into the sales workflow to demonstrate AI‑driven value.
Present with confidence and empathy across leadership layers within customers, Cisco teams, and partners.
Collaborate across regional teams and channel partners to deliver cohesive end‑to‑end solutions.
