You will partner with an Account Executive to translate complex architectures into business value, and to build trust with customer engineers and executives. You will lead strategy, guide the portfolio across Networking, Security, AI, and Automation, and drive AI-driven innovations using vibe coding and agentic tools while fostering growth and cross-functional

Qualifications

7+ years of pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing solutions architecture experience.
Active industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure, Security, or equivalent credentials).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Ownership: co-own account planning, opportunity targeting, and revenue growth with the Account Executive.
Full-Portfolio Technical Leadership: serve as a trusted consultant across Cisco's portfolio (Networking, Security, Observability, AI, Automation).
Customer Execution & Deliverables: lead discovery workshops, custom demos, roadmaps, POVs, and BoMs.
AI-Driven Innovation & Agentic Ops: integrate AI, vibe coding, and automated scripts into daily sales workflows.
