Job summary

Aptitude Health is seeking a Platform Solution Architect for a US remote role to design and scale a cloud-native, AI-enabled multi-sided platform serving healthcare and Life Sciences stakeholders.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data, AI, and business stakeholders to define architectural standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure security, scalability, and resilience across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Architect, or related architecture leadership role.
• 8+ years of overall software engineering, systems architecture, or technology leadership experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, cloud-native applications and platforms.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant or multi-sided platforms serving multiple user groups.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience working with product, engineering, and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available platform architectures for multiple user constituencies.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, governance, and best practices.
• Evaluate technology investments and guide architectural decisions across products and engineering.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight for initiatives.
