Job summary

Cooperative Technologies (CT) seeks an AI-enabled Software Engineer to help own the product roadmap and ship its platform in a fully remote environment. You will work directly with CT’s product and engineering leadership and collaborate with clients during onboarding and support escalations.

This role emphasizes Azure-based infrastructure, security, and scalable development, with opportunities to influence AI-assisted development adoption and delivery speed while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Windows .NET stack — C#, ASP.NET, WCF, REST, XML/JSON.
• Direct experience managing Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Front Door, SQL Server, and Web Application Firewall.
• Demonstrated ability to write, maintain, and troubleshoot code across multiple layers of a web-based application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage CT’s Azure cloud infrastructure such as App Services, Front Door, SQL Server, and Web Application Firewall.
• Manage client security questionnaires, write and maintain security policy documentation, and run disaster recovery testing.
• Communicate directly with clients during new software installations and troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues as they arise.
• Generating 30%+ of your code output using AI-assisted development tools—and using them thoughtfully to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Shepherd end-of-life cycle products while keeping existing systems running smoothly.
