Qualifications

• Proven, paid client experience creating social media content with a portfolio of real reels and campaigns.
• Ability to produce content quickly, with examples of posts published within 48 hours of news or events.
• Hands-on use of generative AI to create client content with published examples.
• Comfortable on camera with voiceover narration for short-form video.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with content strategy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Produce a fast-turnaround stream of social content — reels, posts for multiple platforms.
• Publish polished content within 24–48 hours of a trend or news event.
• Create on-camera and voiceover content presenting communities and stories.
• Leverage AI tools to generate architectural visualizations, fly-throughs, and renderings.
• Translate concepts and design intent into compelling digital content.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and field ops to align with branding and timelines.
• Capture field content including drone footage and photography.
• Stay current on AI tools and platform best practices.
• Track engagement and lead-gen data to optimize strategy.
