Job summary

Essor in the United States seeks a Social Media Manager to build and operate an AI-powered creator and social media engine across our top US brands, using creator-led content for storytelling and product discovery.

You will own content creation on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with AI tools, design scalable systems for creator sourcing, and collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Growth to accelerate testing and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience with AI-supported workflows or creator sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Native Content Creation, Publishing & Community Engagement: Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows; manage publishing cadence and engage communities.
• AI Workflow Development & Tooling: Build and improve processes for content generation, creator outreach, and performance tracking; integrate tools like Dify and APIs to boost efficiency.
• Trend Identification & Rapid Experimentation: Monitor platforms for trends and translate insights into content and creator activations; operate with rapid test-and-learn mindset.
• Partnerships & Brand Visibility in the US: Identify creator partnerships and support launches with high-impact initiatives.
