Impact Clients is hiring an AI Creative Strategist to own content strategy across targeted social media pages in the supplement space. You will create avatars, write hooks, and direct scripts for reels, coordinating across multiple accounts with AI-assisted editors.

You will lead a data-driven approach to testing, refine creative systems, and contribute to education initiatives as the model scales, all in a fully remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Direct-response advertising experience in supplements or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to produce paid creative assets at high volume.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and hook development.
• Experience tailoring messaging for different demographics.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Google Flow Omni, Openart, CapCut).

Responsibilities

• Create AI avatars and demographic-specific characters.
• Generate 10–20 new ideas, hooks, and angles daily for short reels.
• Write and direct scripts for 30–60 second reels for production.
• Own testing across 5–10+ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Match messaging to demographics precisely.
• Turn useful information into trusted content and drive offers later.
• Analyze performance and scale winning avatars and concepts.
• Help build the department and future teams.
