321 the Agency seeks a Content Strategist & Creator to join our remote, AI-forward Social Media & Content team. You will plan, shoot, and edit authentic social content for a diverse client portfolio, traveling for on-site capture sessions across Illinois and the Midwest.

Bring 3+ years in content or video production, a strong portfolio, and deep knowledge of platform formats. This role emphasizes creator partnerships and using AI tools to accelerate ideation while preserving brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media production, or video production.
• Strong portfolio across multiple platforms, industries, and formats.
• Experience contributing to content strategy, including concept development, scripting, and planning.
• Expertise in mobile and professional content capture with lighting and audio fundamentals.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools for social content creation.
• Familiarity with FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines for sponsored content.

Responsibilities

• Plan content strategies, themes, and series for client accounts.
• Translate client objectives and brand voice into shoot concepts and scripts.
• Oversee on-site content capture sessions and direct talent for authentic performances.
• Edit content into platform-optimized posts in multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, feed).
• Leverage AI tools for scripting, editing, captioning, and trend analysis.
• Source and manage creator partnerships and outreach for campaigns.
