Job summary

Essor in the United States is seeking a Social Media Manager (US) to build and operate an AI-powered creator and social media engine across our top brands. You will own content creation, publishing, and community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, leveraging AI-driven workflows for fast, scalable output.

You will design scalable systems for creator sourcing, outreach, and activation, using automation and AI to build a high-performing creator ecosystem in the US.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States with strong familiarity with US creator culture and platform trends.
• Experience managing social media channels for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience supporting UGC production for paid media is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or CPG is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, brand and performance teams.

Responsibilities

• AI-Native Content Creation, Publishing & Community Engagement: create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage publishing cadence and test content variations to improve performance.
• Monitor and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and creator interaction.
• Identify emerging platform trends and translate them into testable content formats.
• Build and operate automated pipelines for sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing creators.
• Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve response and conversion rates.
• Directly manage creator collaborations and activations with a test-and-learn approach.
• Develop scalable systems to source and activate creators in the US market.
