LangChain is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our founding SDR team and turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to automate list building and outreach, focusing on high-impact prospecting with AI and LangChain-powered agents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in SaaS or tech sales (or strong curiosity), are clear communicators to technical and business audiences, and enjoy learning, iteration, and repeatable

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales role or strong curiosity if early in your career.
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; treat outreach like a craft.
• Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity; can execute repeatable processes.
• Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping next-gen GTM teams.
• Positive, persistent, and highly organized in every interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit and value.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Capture and share insights from conversations to inform sales plays and product roadmap.
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to increase conversion and efficiency.
• Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.
