Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our founding SDR team and shape how companies adopt LangChain. You’ll turn inbound interest and targeted outreach into qualified opportunities and create first-touch experiences for prospects.

You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, using LangChain-powered agents to automate list building and outreach, freeing you to focus on high-impact prospecting and conversations about agentic AI.

Qualifications

• We require 1-2 years in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiences.
• You are motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation in outreach.
• You can operate with structure and still improve processes over time.
• You're excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and GTM team evolution.
• You are positive, persistent, and highly organized in follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Capture and share insights to inform sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to increase conversion and efficiency.
• Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies
