Job summary

LangChain is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our founding SDR team and turn high inbound interest and targeted outbound demand into qualified opportunities and create an exceptional first-touch experiences for prospects.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations alongside using LangChain and LangGraph-powered agents to automate list building, enrichment, and outreach freeing you to focus entirely on high-impact prospecting and conversations with teams exploring

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology.
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation in outreach.
• Comfortable with structure and ambiguity, executing repeatable processes while improving them.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to assess fit and potential value.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Capture insights from conversations to inform sales plays and product roadmap.
• Experiment with channels, messaging, and automation to boost conversion and efficiency.
• Use LangChain powered agents to test and improve prospecting strategies.
