Job summary

NetApp is seeking an IT Product Manager to lead the Recurring Sales, Enablement and Effectiveness product team, partnering with the Sales organization to road map and deliver technology services that empower the sales force.

You will plan, implement, and operate NetApp Sales applications, analyze department needs, define priorities, and provide testing, support, and governance across systems and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years IT experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of key sales capabilities (Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, Channel & Partner Enablement, Account Management, Pipeline Management).
• Experience with Sales Applications such as Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Anaplan, analytics platforms.
• Strong business partnership with proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of GTM application programs focused on AI solutions.
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance aligned with AI strategy.
• Develop program charters, work plans, and communication for transformation.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles.
• Partner with leadership and IT teams to align requirements and AI-enabled workflows.
• Provide transparent updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
