Job summary

NetApp, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy, governance, and the business performance of the support portfolio. You’ll partner across Product, Support Delivery, Renewals, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a market-relevant, financially sound portfolio.

Hybrid role with offices in San Jose, CA or RTP, NC, requiring three days per week in the office. Relocation is not offered at this time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience building executive presentations, dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the support portfolio strategy, including design, tiering, lifecycle evolution, and competitive analysis.
• Identify market gaps, customer needs, and opportunities to strengthen the value proposition.
• Define the strategic roadmap for support offerings, including bundles and enhanced capabilities.
• Partner with Finance to manage offering economics, margins, pricing governance, and discounts.
• Provide business oversight for pricing on new products, existing offerings, and portfolio changes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage and strengthen commercial discipline.
