Job summary

Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualify leads, and work with the Senior Sales Team to achieve new business quotas during industry events and online demonstrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of full-time sales experience, plus excellent communication, initiative, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
• Lead identification and qualification
• Partner with Senior Sales Team to achieve new business quotas
• Attend industry events to meet with prospective customers
• Drive traffic to Cvent seminars and online demonstrations
• Provide feedback for product enhancements
• Develop relationships over the phone with potential clients
• Handle high outbound call volume (50-60 calls/day) with high talk time
• Be articulate, organized, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
