Job summary

Headway is seeking an Insights & AI Manager for its Care Partnerships team to serve as the analytical and AI backbone in revenue operations. You will build the performance infrastructure, surface signals to prioritize partner work, and apply AI to scale referrals and deepen relationships with health system partners.

You’ll join a fast-growing company solving insurance barriers in mental healthcare, shaping measurement cadences, and delivering high-impact analytics and pilots across the GTM

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy & operations at a growth-stage company.
• Strong analytical foundation: fluent in SQL and data modeling, able to build metrics from scratch.
• AI-fluent, with experience applying AI tools to real business problems across sales or go-to-market.
• 0→1 builder: able to scope ambiguous problems and build infrastructure that doesn't yet exist.
• Clear, conviction-driven communication with the ability to defend and close the loop.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can move the needle for Care Partnerships and adjacent sales teams: predicting at-risk partner accounts, prioritizing outreach, and surfacing patterns of high-performing partnerships.
• Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics letting teams answer performance questions independently.
• Deliver proactive strategic analysis (e.g., referral funnel breakdowns, health signals, benchmarks by segment) to drive insights.
• Build and own the reporting infrastructure that informs GTM decision-making.
• Instrument new product features from launch to ensure pilots and experiments are high-impact.
