Responsibilities

• Learn each client’s business, role, and what makes a candidate strong.
• Build targeted candidate pools and conduct outbound outreach.
• Maintain momentum across multiple searches and track owners, decisions, and next steps.
• Conduct frequent candidate conversations and interviews.
• Use AI to improve research, drafting, and workflow while applying human judgment.
• Provide clear updates to candidates and clients and adjust searches when needed.
